What is your website's goal?

Process

From strategy to launch. And what comes after.

First contact

Have questions? Head to the contact page to write to us or book a phone or video call.

Briefing & strategy

Start your project by clicking "Book and get started" under pricing. You'll then receive access to the Kataloop Client Portal, where you can submit your brief. From your goals we develop the structure and priorities for your new site. You can also schedule a kickoff call if you'd like.

Design

You will then receive a link to the website prototype. This allows you to make decisions about the layout and design where ideas can be tested quickly and visibly.

Development

Once you've approved the design, development begins. You'll receive a link to your staging site, a URL accessible only to you and us. There you can follow the site as it takes shape. Your existing website stays online in the meantime.

Launch & ongoing support

At launch, we point your domain to the new site. After that, we stay available for changes and additions.

Exclusive imagery. Included.

Our photo and video collection is available here and nowhere else, free of the images countless other sites already use. That sets you apart from your competitors, and it's new to search engines and AI systems too. Individual images are available from €16 and come included with website projects.

Who we work with

This is how it often looks before we start.

Mid-sized companies

At most mid-sized companies, nobody looks after the website full-time. It just runs along in the background, hasn't been touched in years, and every change means another email to your agency. Yet this is often the page that decides whether a skilled applicant sends their CV and whether a customer picks up the phone instead of moving on to a competitor.

Tour operators

A website like yours has a lot to carry: dozens of destinations, each with its own dates, prices and itineraries, plus accommodation and reviews. That calls for a system built for this kind of complexity, one that fits the way your team works and doesn't turn maintenance into a second job. The same goes for your imagery: good enough for your brand, evocative enough to spark real wanderlust, and exclusive enough that your competitors can't use it too.

Service providers and consultants

Nobody can touch, test or compare what you offer before buying it. Whoever lands on your website has to work out from what they see whether you can solve their problem. That decision is often made within seconds, long before the first conversation. And the market around you looks remarkably alike: similar promises, similar images, similar words.

SaaS and tech companies

At most tech companies, the product moves faster than the website can keep up. Every feature would need its own landing page, every audience a different angle, often every market its own language. But the website tends to sit behind the product on the roadmap, and your marketing team waits for developer time. By the time a new page goes live, plenty has changed again.

Deep tech and industry

Your website lays the groundwork for buying decisions. It is often the first thing customers, investors and future employees see of you, sometimes years before the product ships. Each of these groups reads the same page with different eyes. Add to that the datasheets, product variants and documentation that need maintaining, and a technology that can't be explained in a single sentence.

Kataloop GmbH, in the heart of Berlin.

Kataloop is a web design and web development studio in Berlin, founded by Lydia Dietsch. The result is clearly structured, high-quality websites where visitors find their way around instantly and that deliver what you expect from them. This ranges from concept through design and development to going live and long-term support. It also includes what is so often missing: photos and videos produced specifically for you, image editing, icons, animations or the price calculator you would like for your site.
