Websites can require very different levels of effort depending on their requirements. Timelines range from one to two months for professional business websites with a small number of pages to several months for larger websites with specific needs. An example of a one month implementation is the Kataloop project Parcel Pilots. An example of a two month implementation is the website Kataloop built for Bridge of Trust. The duration for individual tasks is defined here. You or your team can add and prioritize your tasks in the Trello board at the start of the collaboration. Alternatively, we can discuss the tasks and advise you on the implementation during the kickoff call. All five working days per week are scheduled consistently throughout the entire collaboration. This means you can calculate the timeline for your project precisely based on the scope defined in our guidelines. We can also take a dynamic approach: let us first create a one page website for you, for example with a contact form. While you gather leads and feedback, we can plan and implement the next pages in the background. This allows you to incorporate real world insights and request additional work along the way, such as social media post design. The process of the project follows the prioritization of the tasks you submit. These depend on what you already have and what is still missing. Implementing a web design requires a style guide, for example, which defines at least colors and fonts. If this does not yet exist, we should begin there. With the fixed price model, we also review your request in detail and structure your project into clearly defined milestones. To do this, we first analyze the materials you already have. We then create a sequence of work steps that guide the project from concept to design and on to the final Webflow implementation. Each milestone includes concrete deliverables that we present to you for approval before moving to the next step. This allows you to maintain full oversight at all times. The entire process is outlined in a binding proposal, which you receive after submitting your fixed price request.

Yes, absolutely. All defined tasks can be used flexibly. This means that any task can be used as often as needed, for example to implement multiple web designs in Webflow.

We are also happy to implement existing designs here. Please complete the “Request fixed price” form and select “Website implementation: Development only (design provided)” in the first step.

Your website is and will remain securely hosted on Webflow and is managed by Kataloop. You can request a transfer to your own Webflow account at any time. As long as your Webflow subscription is active, your website will remain available online. Webflow does not require technical updates. This means you do not need another service provider if you want your website to remain unchanged in the future or if you plan to edit it yourself (see: Which content can I edit myself on my Webflow website?).

For Figma files such as your web design, you can have the project transferred to your Figma team once the collaboration has ended.

Photographs, videos and designs created in the Adobe suite are delivered as finished products, for example a print ready PDF for print products, a high resolution JPG for photographs or collages, and a high resolution mp4 for videos. Open files from Adobe programs are not provided. An exception applies to logos, for which you will receive final .ai files (Adobe Illustrator) among others.

No, Kataloop covers all costs for you. You only register and pay for your own domain, as it should remain under your company’s ownership.

Additional costs with the monthly price model

The monthly price includes various contingents that cover the costs of stock media, Webflow hosting and other expenses. If these contingents reach their limit, we can move additional expenses to the next month (for example the purchase of stock media or other resources), or you can cover these costs separately. If your Webflow costs are particularly high or you require a large amount of media and resources, the Business+ plan may be suitable, as it offers higher contingents. Once the collaboration has ended at the latest, you can request the transfer of the website to your own account and enter your payment details to cover future Webflow costs yourself (see Webflow Pricing). As an alternative to ending the collaboration, you can switch to the Maintenance plan, which also covers your ongoing hosting costs and allows for minor updates to your projects by Kataloop. If you request the transfer during an active collaboration, additional costs will apply for inviting Kataloop as an editor.
