Social media, presentations, newsletters

Allows unlimited use on social media, in presentations, and in newsletters or email marketing. Social media also includes video, content-sharing, and messaging platforms. Presentations may be web-based, sent by email, or presented in an analog format. Newsletters refer to the distribution of content via email to a defined target audience. Use within preparatory tools such as Canva or Figma is always included.
The Standard license covers reach of up to 100,000 (followers, recipients, expected reach). No upgrade is required even if the media is used at a later point in time. This limitation can be lifted by selecting the “Unlimited and resale” option.

Websites, apps

Allows unlimited use in websites, web applications, and mobile apps, including blogs, online shops, landing pages, one-pagers, web apps, and native apps. Use within preparatory tools such as Figma or Photoshop is always included.
The Standard license covers up to 100,000 monthly users per website or app, based on the average of the three months prior to purchase. No upgrade is required even if usage occurs at a later date and user numbers increase. This limitation can be lifted by selecting the “Unlimited and resale” option. In addition, use within templates that are distributed to third parties is permitted, for example paid and free website templates.

Print

Allows use in all types of printed media such as flyers, brochures, business cards, apparel, and similar print products. Use within preparatory tools such as InDesign is always included.
The Standard license allows print runs of up to 100,000 copies, regardless of the number of placements or the combination of multiple printed products. Placements on a front cover are limited to a maximum size of 12 inches per side, while placements inside are not size-restricted. With the “Unlimited and resale” option, these limitations are removed, and use in resold printed products is permitted (e.g. books, mugs, T-shirts), excluding standalone photo prints.

Campaigns

Allows use in advertising and marketing campaigns such as social media campaigns, display and search engine advertising, digital out-of-home advertising, television advertising, content marketing, and campaign-related print measures.
The Standard license covers a total campaign budget of up to €100,000. Relevant are the advertising and distribution costs per channel, such as costs for ads, placements, broadcasts, or distribution. Different campaign types may be combined, in which case the aggregated budget applies. Once the budget is fully used, a new license is required. With the “Unlimited and resale” option, this budget limitation is fully removed and the media may be used without limitation within campaigns.

TV, streaming

Permits use in television and streaming environments, including linear and non-linear, digital, and on-demand distribution such as traditional television, streaming services, media libraries, and cinema screenings. Use in preparatory tools such as editing software is always included.
The Standard license applies to productions with a production budget of up to 100,000 euros. The relevant reference is the production budget of the specific film, series, documentary, or comparable streaming production at the time of use. With the “Unlimited and resale” option, this budget limitation is fully removed and the media may be used without restriction in TV and streaming environments, regardless of the production budget.

Enterprise (add-on option)

The Enterprise License lifts the restrictions of standard usage, which among other things limits file sharing to one additional person (a total of 2 people). It allows simultaneous editing, storage, and use by all employees without any limit on the number of users. Files can be stored on internal servers, cloud systems, databases, or digital asset management systems (DAMs) and shared organization-wide. External service providers, subcontractors, or partners are permitted to use the file on behalf of the licensee but exclusively for the licensee’s purposes. Subsidiaries, brands, or divisions of the organization are also included. Storage for backup or archival purposes is likewise permitted.
